About Us

Nottingham Lettings is a joint venture by two experienced landlords. With hands on experience of managing over 70 properties between them David and Martin pride themselves in being able to create a lettings solution by landlords for landlords. Being landlords themselves for a number of year has helped them recognise what landlords need.

David an IT graduate started renting out properties over 10 years ago and has seen and done everything that a landlord would and would not like to see and do. From fixing toilets to evicting non paying tenants to seeing property values double David has been there. He understands what is important to a landlord; costs have to be kept down and the rent must come in, whilst maintaing the property to a good standard.

Martin has a strong customer services background and always goes out of his way to help people, many of his tenants rate him as one of the best landlords they have had and he often becomes good friends with tenants. With a handful of properties under his belt and great customer service skills  working in property management really is the next step forward for him.

Within the next couple of years David and Martin will be making a big impact on the property management market in Nottingham and throughout Nottinghamshire.
